Blog Post #56- Discarded clips of James looking out of his door

 My final clip of my film was the clip of James looking out of his door at D.L and his partner driving away. Since this clip was not very long it was not very difficult to perfect it. Even though this clip was very short, the first time I attempted to film this clip was not very successful because there were errors within the clip that made this clip not be usable in my film. These errors were mainly errors within the dialogue of James.

This clip started off well with James successfully saying the first part of his line which was "They'll pay for this" in order to show the audience that he seeks revenge. After James successfully said this part of the line some dialogue errors occurred. The main error in particular was that James forgot what the rest of his lines were. This made the clip unusable because the clip required James to fully state his lines. Another minor error that occurred during the filming of this clip was also the fact that my shadow was visible on his face. I did not intend for my shadow to be visible on his face so this was another reason that contributed to this clip being discarded and not used in my final project.
