Blog Post #57- Original final scene for my project

 In films, some scenes are sometimes replaced by other scenes because the producer thinks that having a certain scene will make the film better than if the film had another scene. This occurred for me while I was working on filming my clips for my opening scene. I had recorded a scene for my project that I thought worked well with my project but then I had an idea for another scene that would work better with my opening scene. Below this is the original final scene for my project that I initially thought was going to be the last clip of my film.

This original scene was recorded in front of James house outside on the road. The clip used a pan shot in order to show the vehicle of D.L and his partner and to show them driving away from James's house. After filming this clip I came to a realization, this realization being the fact that having this as a final scene doesn't show James's reaction to the crime. Because of this I decided to film a new clip that shows James seeking for revenge against these criminals. Although this clip was very time efficient because of how short it was, I thought that having a clip that was different and just a little bit longer would work way better for my opening scene.
